I have had 16 years in childcare. My first 7 years were in two nurseries becoming Deputy Supervisor in both. Then as a nanny for the last 9 years looking after children of all ages, from a day old baby to 16 yrs!

I also baby sit and find this is a lovely way to keep in touch with the families I have nannied for; I was honoured to be asked to be Godmother to one of the boys I nannied for too!

I have a 5 year old daughter. She is used to having different children around her as she started coming to my workplace when I was working as a nanny from when she was 5 months old! Now she looks forward to sharing our own home with the children I care for.

I have a variety of toys and games that will encourage all ages of development, from comfy floor entertainment for the young babies, push/pull along and interactive toys for the toddler, a story corner and puzzles for the tweenies, games,crafts and even Wii and Game Cube for the eldest. All activities will have the children's best interests.

I follow the goals set in the EYFS and liaise closely with parents to ensure the best care is given. I am a hard worker but am also a fun and outgoing person to be with. I appreciate being able to spend more time with the children I care for, helping to develop their individuality and building their characters.

Working with children is so much fun and every day brings something new to be shared.
